Located at the southern end of West Seattle, Westwood Heights is one of two senior preference buildings for residents age 62 and older. Sitting within walking distance of several grocery stores, pharmacies, and the many shops of nearby Westwood Village, the building is also close to Roxhill and North Shorewood Parks and a Seattle Public Library branch.

Westwood Heights has a number of services targeted to the needs of seniors, including lifetime fitness classes, home care assistance, visiting nurses, case management services, and a senior-friendly computer lab.
