Objectives
Our long-term goal is to enable all Washington state residents to have equal access to technology. CCN and its members are actively engaged in exploring and accessing new and existing opportunities to fund community technology programming in Washington state. In pursuit of this goal, CCN's current objectives include:
Actively seek partnerships between community technology and other statewide initiatives that value digital inclusion;- Build relationships with people, organizations and coalitions where community technology programming both brings and receives value;
Design and put to work educational outreach activities that heighten key audiences' sense of importance for a digitally inclusive society and awareness of community technology’s contribution toward this goal; and- Conduct research and analysis that strengthens arguments for expanded support for digital inclusion.
